badawi [baa-daa-wee] (noun): To start something full of promise but end in disappointment, failure and/or disaster.

要多谢William的老豆，这一餐，真的好吃！

老饕们，这回大家有口福了！知道Layang-layang吗？沿着古来旧路，一路上到Kelapa Sawit, shoot 到Bukit Batu后，大约2-3公里路，有个simpang 到 Layang-layang. 跟着转右，再走个7-8公里，来到一个T-junction, 再转左. 走大约1-2公里就会到Layang-layang了！这间餐馆就在Layang-layang Maybank后面，叫做国泰！不错，就是国泰了！

今天的主菜是红烧水鱼！一个星期前，朋友的老豆就Call-in make reservation! 倒是第一次吃到这样煮法的水鱼. 配饭, 真的一流! 不过我要向大家介绍的是这间餐馆的家常菜!

1) 白斩鸡 - 可口, 配上玉竹 .... 真的很好吃!

2) 炒米粉 - 有点像炒mee siam的方式, 配上江鱼仔, 炒得很有镬气.... 一口又一口, 不停的吃!

3) 脆皮豆腐 - 豆腐外层真的是脆皮, 咬下去, 香脆可口, 里面不失豆腐柔滑的口感! 加上, 香脆的江鱼仔, 配合的天衣无缝! 味道, 口感, 都很合我口味!

大家, 有机会一定要到那儿尝尝!  不知如何去? 不用怕, 只要你出Transportation + free meal, 我带你去!!!!! 哈哈.....
